   For some reason my third form goes to a 404 when submitted.
   Any ideas why?
   I'm still getting the submitted form.

   I now have this when the form isn't filled out correctly:

   HELP!?

   This is the line:

   $multiple && in_array($value, $_POST[$name]) ||
