I would like to find/use/build a plugin for WP what would allow me to add entries to a directory type thing, similar to the WP plugins directory, but without the need for the installer functionality.
Is the Plugin Directory extension available? Would I have to build my own?
It should allow:
item title
description
screenshots
notes/documentation
comments
I know I could cobble something together using a regular post and custom fields, but I'd like to have its own entry screen with explicit fields and controls.
am I making sense?
