I have successfully completed the config file, but at the beginning of the install process this is the error message I am getting - Warning: require(/home/lcdtvin1/public_html/wp-includes/version.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/lcdtvin1/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 344
Where do I go from here? Thanks for any help.
you didnt upload all the files.
specifically, wp-includes/version.php is missing.

Thank you so much, not only for your prompt reply, but for naming the missing file. That really helped me determine that it did not download properly to begin with. I redownloaded, and extracted the missing file, and that did the trick.
Never would have found the file without your help! Thanks once again
