[Plugin: WP-Table Reloaded] Problem Importing a table– Internet Explorer only

In wordpress admin if I choose to Import a Table the field “Select File with Table to Import” is not visible, this only happens in Internet Explorer, in Firefox & Safari it displays correctly

Works just fine
