   i have just changed the server from one hosting company to another...
   i back up my database using myphp admin...

   what i have to do?

   See if this helps...if you are using the same web address, then you don't need to do the sql editing part.

   on the previous surver the database is

   rissmcom_forum and now it is

   rissadum_forum

   it is because the change of user name....

   i have reinstall it on new server but didnt know how to import data base to restore my previous posts

   it didnt work....

   when i install a fresh copy it create a database....

   when i try t import old database it gives error...and can not overite the database...

   if you have a new install that you are trying to import into, you will you need to REMOVE the new tables before you import an old set of tables.
