[Plugin: User Access Manager] UAM no access control on post edit page (3 posts)

I set-up UAM on my site many months ago and it worked great right out of the box. Somewhere along the line, maybe a couple of weeks ago, I lost the ability to select roles for the post in my post edit page.

Here are some things that I have already tried...
1)Delete UAM files from server and re-install
2)Replace Template.php file in admin directory as suggested in UAM support
3)Set UAM access level to 1 in settings
    4)De-activated all other plugins
5)reset UAM to clear access roles / delete re-install UAM
6)reset my user access to administrator

Still don't see the check boxes to assign access controls to a post in the post edit page.

    I am using 0.9.1.3 UAM.

Any help is greatly appreciated, I am also able to include more specific information regarding my setup if needed.

Maybe I didn't post this correctly, it doesn't appear to be showing up in the searches on this forum.

Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the end I figured this out myself. It seems to interact somehow with RB Internal Links. When I reset the link structure, the Access Controls widget showed up in the post edit page. Of course now the internal links function does not work.
