Anyway, I do a lot of work for a friend of mine on his site since he's not really well versed in web design (I just get by myself), but earlier this week he started getting reports that the site is showing up all jacked up in Internet Explorer. I don't do daily maintenance nor control the posts on the site, although he tells me he didn't do anything out of the ordinary with the site. It apparently just started showing up all goofed up.
So I've went on browsershots and got a look at various browsers and indeed, pretty much every version of IE shows up looking awkward whereas Firefox and some others look just fine. The website is located here:
Someone told my friend that it showed up fine in IE8 if he ran it in compatibility mode, but I haven't tested that myself yet. I have however tried different themes, including the wordpress default, and I get the same results. In IE the page stops at the Dexter action figures post, and doesn't even show the comments,etc. for that post. That and the sidebar doesn't load.
If anyone can give me an idea about whether they've seen this or not, or have any ideas or a good way I can check to see if it's a coding issue or database issue - I would truly appreciate it!
