   When I'm in the admin panel and i have a list of pages of plugins, the next page function does not work - it just takes me back to the main panel?

   Have you tried:

   - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

   - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

   I've had this problem since day dot - no plugins default theme

   the same happens for the media library
