So whenever I write new Page or Post I don't have to uncheck it manually

how to disable the default check box of the comment and pingback on a new post/page ?
So whenever I write new Page or Post I don't have to uncheck it manually
Admin/Settings/Discussion. Untick "Allow people to post comments on new articles" then select "Save Changes". From that point in, you'll need to manually enable comments on posts and pages - including any existing pages/posts.
