Prefixes in Link names

I’m not sure if this feature is already available, but when I used MT I could do this manually.

Is it possible to configure WP’s link system to ignore bits at the beginning of a link name – bits like “the” and “a” (and other articles like “al-” and “le”)? So if I want to link the blog “The Poor Man”, it’ll appear among the P-named blogs and not the T-named ones.
