   Every time i try to install the WP audio mp3 player plugin i get this error:

   Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wpaudio-mp3-player.1.5.2.zip.

   Warning: touch() [function.touch]: Unable to create file C:\Sites\Single39\dvasmusique\webroot/wp-content/wpaudio-mp3-player.1.5.2.zip because Permission denied in C:\Sites\Single39\dvasmusique\webroot\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 175

   Download failed. Could not create Temporary file

   im not sure how to fix it or if theres an extra step i need to take. any help appreciated.

   Could not create Temporary file

   this is host related - touch function
   ask them where to put the tmp file or ask them to do it

   its a windows permissions issue, actually.. still very much a host issue though.

   get off the windows 2003/IIS hosting. you'll be happier.
