cforms…dont get it

i have installed cforms corecctly but now i just dont seem where to start… i’ve already read the plugin site, where all the explanation is that ‘the plugin is self explanatory’. Anyway im kind of newbie with this things so if anybody is kind to tell what to do first i’ll really thank it
