   Hi,

   I had the Breadcrumbs working on my local host, and test remote server. I then uplaoded the site on my live server and am unable to have them work.

   It will show the current page (and it's ancestors). If I try to alter any of the settings in the admin area when i go to another page and view the settings again, all the fields will be empty.

   so will show - About UsOur Services
   instead of - About Us > Our Services
   (in the wrong setting "About Us" is also not a link)

   Some reasons my settings keep getting erased.

   nb: I am also having issues with my Permalinks suggesting the .htaccess file is not being read properly, not sure if that's related or not.

   Try resetting the settings to the defaults. You can do this by:

   • Going to the Breadcrumb NavXT Settings page in your admin pannel.
   • Click on the tab that says "Import/Export/Reset", it is next to the "Help" tab in the upper right hand corner of the page.
   • In the resulting popdown, click the button labeled "Reset".

   This will reload the default values for everything, and then you should be able to work from that. Some environments have issues with the WordPress install hooks (have seen them plainly ignored before) which can cause problems.

   I did try resetting and it would all erase again. I ended up having to reinstall the entire set up... them seemed to be working.

   If I recreate the issue will follow up this post.
