Update:
While the order goes through just fine with autorize.net and the money is deposited into our account, the order is still marked as "failed" in eshop, and the email which includes the download is thus never sent to the customer.
When we get the payment notification email, it looks like this:

Any ideas? The payment is going through but something is still causing it to be flagged as failed in eshop. I'd be happy to help provide data/feedback/help with testing via email, but I'm not a programmer myself.
