[resolved] When my wordpress theme or plugin issues a friendly error - 500 internal server (1 post)

    When my wordpress theme or plugin issues a friendly error and it is not on the server I receive a - 500 internal server error running iis 7.0 on windows 2008 ... do i have to change something in php.ini ?
