   This was most maddening and frustrating. I installed it but instantly got errors stating header errors in plugin. Then after I un-installed it, the "Advertisement" header is still showing on ALL my posts. I am not a happy girl :p

   The "Advertisement" header is not inserted by my plugin. Nor is the ad block near the right hand side bottom.

   Hmmm - Well that did not show until after I installed and uninstalled your plugin. So I am stumped.
