I can’t preview my posts

    Hello,
    I am probably out of my league for trying to use WordPress in the first place, but it’s been going very well for over 2 years. But then…
    I just updated to 2.8.4 and now whenever I try to preview my posts before publishing I get this message:
    404 Not Found
    The requested URL /valerie/2009/09/10/these-were-the-two-most-thoughtful-souvenirs-he-could-have-found/?preview=true&preview_id=3521&preview_nonce=ead7c42775 does not exist.
    Any suggstions?

    Did you run Settings > Permalinks after upgrading? Sometimes, that’s all it takes.

    I had the same problem, but discovered that my blog address was set incorrectly. I’m running both a site and blog together. Check Settings > General and ensure that your blog address is correct e.g. htt://www.example.com/blog
