I have a quick, easy question about WordPress pingbacks.
When someone writes an post and sends me a pingback, I assume it shows up as a new comment in my WP admin. Since I am working on localhost, I can't test this myself, but...
What is the data sent to me in these comment fields?
Name: (assume it's just the author's name)
Email: (not important)
URL: Is this the direct URL to their new post?
Content: Is this the TITLE of their new post?

Hi,
Whenever you receive the pingback to blog ot will be as a comment so you will have to approve/delete from your blog admin in order to display on your blog.
Thanks,
Shane G.

Got it, thanks, but what data occupies these fields?
Name: Is this the author's name or the TITLE of their new post?
Email: (not important)
URL: Is this the direct URL to their new post or to their website?
Content: Is this the TITLE of their new post?
