In this theme I want to add twitter an Rss box, and change the position of categories like page bar, under them. ?

What code should I add or change?
I not see the image for some reason, but by theme suppose that you mean the widgets, and those you add by going to the admin page, under appearance --> Widgetrs, and then you will see 2 sidebars, .
By drag-and drop you can change position, and add widgets..
Some features, like twitter for example, will require a PLUGIN.
