Something is seriously wrong with the files available (3 posts)

For starters, when you are in the installation phase, where the blog name is, it is throwing Wwwfoo.com Blogs, then if you get past that, and receive a hashed password (meaning the database is working), the login screen appears to have no css style formatting, it is shoved to the left of the screen, the hyperlinks are blue and in fact looks like the first html page I ever created.

Secondly, I have been at this for around 23 hours now, and I can tell you that wordpress (standard edition) installed okay, and for grins, I installed bbpress (which quite frankly started this mess about 23.5 hours ago) which is also a folder outside the web route (parent directory has, bbpress > wordpressmu > and root web site) this has worked fine for me up until yesterday.

I have been to the faqs, the debug group (which requires an additional user account) and I see nothing regarding these problems.

What I am getting after that mess on the login page are blank pages. I browse the php in the wp-admin directory and they all come up blank too (although officially, I am logged in)

I am using Web Server 2008, IIS 7...

Is anyone else seeing these unusual goings on? I just 20 minutes ago downloaded a fresh copy and still with this Wwwfoo.com business.. IS this something new?

I don't understand your problem, exactly. Could you explain more clearly what the issue is?

I think rsgrone might be referring to wordpressMU. If so, look here: http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/ for help.
