i am trying to upgrade my blog at http://www.deltadownloads.net to the wordpress 2.8.4 i do everything in the upgrade manual and when i come to upgrade step: in my case http://www.deltadownloads.net/wp-admin/upgrade.php following message is shown to me:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: require_wp_db() in /homepages/46/d220803884/htdocs/deltadownloads/wp-settings.php on line 250
please if anybody can help me in resolving this problem?
I'd first consider deleting the WordPress files, then reupload, per Steps 7 and 8 in Upgrading_WordPress_Extended.

I wonder if you should download a new copy of WordPress from the Download tab at the top of this page. Use http://www.7-zip.org/ to extract the contents of the zip file, then delete and reupload the WordPress files.
