   being a new wordpress user and a livewriter advocate, I've discovered a problem on my self hosted installation of WP. I've found that any attempt to publish a post with an image in it gives the following error.

   The server reported an error with the following URL:
   http://www.sbsfaq.com/xmlrpc.php
   500 Internal Server Error

   I'm running on IIS 7 / Windows Server 2008. I've looked over the archives for this error message but most seem to apply to a linux hosted system.

   Any help appreciated.

   Similar problem. I try to post and...

   The server reported an error with the following URL:

   [path]xmlrpc.php

   403 Forbidden

   I tried to change permissions to 777 via CHMOD in my FTP program, but didn't work.
