Google XML Sitemaps Plugin – doesn’t see all links

    I installed Google XML Sitemaps plugin and it doesn’t see all the links on the site. It came up with 16 links. I have over 100. But the website is an e-commerce site and it seems to just stop short of drilling down all the way to capture all the links. Is this really important to have every single link or will this give Google enough information to continue drilling down on its own?
