All my emails are coming from "admin@mysite.com" Since I can't seem to fix this, I am trying to use a workaround by putting the following in the message body
[your-name]
[your-email]
[your-message]
The email shows up only with the message, but no name or email address.
Would appreciate any help! Thanks!

You have to place these tags both in the design frame and the results (email frame).
There's an option to change the recipient email address in your form options. You just have to change it to your desired address.
