LL has backported most (hopefully all) the fixes from the CVS into 1.0.1. There are no new features in this release, just bugfixes. If no problems are found, I'll put it up on SourceForge.

A changelog: http://wiki.wordpress.org/index.php/1.0.2-Changelog
upload doesn't work, no link for uploading :) and default post options doesn't work also, the post is always marked to save to draft
hum... Allusion, why release a bugfixes instead of releasing your 1.2 version ??... i see more and more guys working already on 1.2 and releasing hacks for 1.1, so why 1.0.2 ???
(ok, i'm just questioning, not engaging debate on releases)
I was wondering the same here...
There's a changelog for 1.1 so why 1.02 ? I am guessing this is so people don't continue using 1.01 because of the bugs...
And why different pages for changelogs ? A changelog is most useful when different versions can be viewed in one page. Would you mind if I combine them ?
My guess is that 1.1 or 1.2 is not released because there are a lot of things "in the works" in these builds and they have quite a few instabilities/bugs. Releasing 1.0.2 would fix the bugs found in 1.0.1 and eliminate a lot of forum questions about things that have been answered many times.
mf, I'd rather have the changelogs on seperate pages.
I am really desperate to see a stable 1.2 release :) or at least beta version, not alpha ;) after trying latest nightly I can't use 1.0.1... anyway.. will try to install the latest nightly again and to fix some bugs..
PS: WP == "The best blog script I've ever seen";
I reinstalled WP from scratch using 1.02 and so far I've seen no problems or errors at install time or after that. I also used my pMachine 2.0 import script and everything seems just fine. If I find any errors/problems I'll be reporting here.
