   Hi there,

   I've done a few quick searches for an answer on this and have been unsuccessful so am now assuming it's not possible, but thought I'd ask here before I move on:

   It seems there are two option for user account creation, an admin makes a new account or you enable in settings that anyone can create one.

   Is is possible to have a new user register but then need confirmation from an admin user before their account becomes active?
