   I really need an automated backup plugin that works with either All In One SEO Pack or HeadSpace.

   The SEO plugins seem to break the backup plugins (and some contact form plugins, like Contact Form 7) for some reason. I'm not a programmer so I have no idea. I just know that the WP DB Backup program does not work with both All in One SEO Pack and HeadSpace.

   HeadSpace stores data in standard WordPress database tables, so any backup plugin should work.

   All in One SEO Pack stores all its data in the WordPress database, which will then be saved in the backup.
