I can't find it. Nor do I know what dimensions I should prep my images for. Help?

The image in the header (the guitar image) can be found in the themes folder:
/thatmusictheme/img/main_image.jpg
It is 941 x 478. You can replace it by putting your image in the same folder, using the same name (main_image.jpg), Just rename the old one first, or you can just edit it to your desire and put it back when finished.
