Hi all
I have been trying everything to solve this problem. When I try to upload images I get this error
---
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini.
---
I tried to upload a .htaccess file didnt work
My settings in miscellaneous I put in uploads (normally this generates a folder in the content folder but it doesnt. So I tried to do it manually and it still doesnt work)
I change permissions to 777.
I have no clue what to do now, any suggestions?
Thanks
Tania

If uploading is disabled in php.ini, as the error suggests, there is likely nothing you can do but contact your host.
How did you try to upload the .htaccess? Ftp?
So I tried to do it manually and it still doesnt work
If you can't create folders manually-- I assume you mean via FTP or web-host backend-- then you are dealing with a server configuration problem that is going to require help from your host's support team.
It seems that there is some configuration problem on the server. Only your host can help you further to resolve this.

Sorry for not being clear in my communication. When I say I tried to do it manually I am talking about the "uploads" folder. Normally the folder is made by wordpress but since it didnt show up I created one myself. So yes I am able to make folder via the ftp but I still get the error.
I will try to take contact to my host.
