Thanks for sharing this nice plugin. This is what I have been looking for. Since I used WP-Syntax plugin, the only thing that annoying me is when I switched from HTML tab to Visual tab, then when I went back again to HTML tab, the line and escaped tag was removed from the <pre> tag. So I had to ensure I always stayed on the HTML tab when I left the editor page. :-(
But after I used this WP-Syntax Button plugin, this problem has been fixed and solved. Moreover, it is so easy to add the tag by pressing the "Code" button from the toolbar. Worked like a charm, just what I have been looking for! Thanks so much. :-)
