WP Installed cant log in, No User Password (2 posts)

    Hi, I installed from my c-panel of my domain host but did not get prompted to create a username and password at any point. Now I can log into my admin panel.
    I ran domain.com/wp-admin/install.php but it says I have already installed.
    How can I get/retrieve a user/pass to login to my admin?
