I cant get any rss streams on the dashboard and my entire wp is very slow and some times gives blank page. Your plugin tells me this:
Rendering Dashboard
(index.php)
96.57 %
23,18 MB | Will be passed during generation of this Dashboard Overview.
- But, is that really possible???

System Health measures your performance, does not really affect performance much.
My guess is that you have other bigger issues, like related to caching, rather than system health...
If you need help with performance, just ask...
