Problem with show subcategories archives! HELP!

    I have a structure:
    /projects/ – parent category
    /projects/2004/ – subcategory
    /projects/2005/ – subcategory
    /projects/2004/project-2004/ – post in subcategory

    When i try to open /projects/2004/ or /projects/2005/ it shows me: “Page is not found”

    but /projects/ and /projects/2004/project-2004 is works.
    What is going on?

    In /projects/ it shows me posts, but not subcategories.
    How to solve all of this?
