Can anyone point me in the direction of any Copyright/Comment Policy/Disclaimer documentation. I know I can go grab some docs from CC for the copyright stuff, just more worried about the comment policy, since in recent months there's been a lot of legal cases involving defamation etc through comments on websites from users.

I'd just find one you like, copy it, then change the wording as you see fit.

yeah the last thing I want is to blatantly rip a them of someone elses site, kind of defeats the copyright thing. I remember back in the day when iBill and CCBill were in full swing, iBill had in small text on their Credit Card CCV2 example image in light gray "do not steal our image CCBill" or something like that :P
But thank, I'll continue looking, just was checking if there was any known generic ones that I was missing when I've been searching.
Find one on somebody's site that has Creative Commons licensing. :-D
