   Ok so Im brand new to this thing. I want to create a site where users can log on and post updates and comments in categories as well as images that might accompany their stories. What is a good way to do this. Sorry if its a dumb question, but as I said Nuuuubeee. Thanks

   Sort of:
   1. Set up a Wordpress site
   2. Go into Admin Panel Users and create new users

   Unfortunately users cant upload pictures! I've tried all user levels in my admin & even 'editor' doesnt show the upload pictures link when editing / typing a post. I'm looking for help with this problem!

   On my site in WP 2.8.4 a user with level "author" can add pictures. What is the access level of your upload directory? Mine is chmodded to rwxrwxrwx that is 0777.

   Is there any error message?
   As Admin you see the upload button?

   I am about to set up something simular and will be trying out TDO Mini Forms.

   Has anybody else tried this plugin before?
