I'd like to create a review section for my site
like this:
http://mindequalsblown.net/category/reviews/
I only have:
http://youarethescene.net/?page_id=5759
But, I'd like to have it set up like the top link I gave you people
cause, i think if I throw in a bunch of rviews, that the scroll bar will be EPIC long and nobody wants a huge page of reviews would like to have it as seperate pages for reviews and shit.
Create a category called Reviews and then file your post reviews under this category.

I had "REVIEWS" but for some reason someone told me that every link went to youarethescene.net/reviews and nothing else. so i wrote rid of the reviews i created well category base
But, what your telling me is to create a category named "Reviews" don't want to recreat a post then file it under categories, I'd rather have it where my page links are since i got 3 pages one is reviews

Setting up a non-default category base just means that your links will be displayed as http://domain.com/reviews/foobar instead of http://domain.com/category/foobar. It's just a straight substitution of "reviews" for the word "category" in the permalink url.
I'd rather have it where my page links are since i got 3 pages one is reviews
Do you have a list of pages in your sidebar? Assuming your site is at youarethescene.net, it's only available to registered users, so I've no idea what your current theme looks like.

Before, I had the one cd review up there the "PAGE" for the reviews looked like

But, since i shut down the forum, and nobody can view it I'd like to bring over the reviews to the main part of my blog.

But as you can see the side bar is freaking long, and I don't think people would like that.
So, I went with something cooler, and easier:

Cause that site, there reviews looks like it's actually posted as a post not as a page post, cause I'd like to have people comment, and shit, and maybe post there own reviews. If I have to write some html thats fine, I can figure it out

would rock and I'd have maybe like the cd cover and maybe I'll make the cover clickable so they will be directed to another page with the actual review, or have a pop up with the interview like this please check this out

click on the cd, see how it pops up Id think it would be rad if people can click on the CD cover, and the review they wrote would pop up in a good size box, and maybe within that box there would be a comment section or something? or I can always leave the comment section out, and have it underneath the cd cover, I'd like to have maybe 4 to 5 CD review posts then at the bottom, it will say click to page 2 and so on and so fourth.
