I am not sure if this is a hack or just a how to but is it possible to for instance have one script of wordpress running. Then with each different subdomain it will use that template made for it and pull only specific catagories? Thanks!

Yes, just include the wp-blog-header in that page in subdomain, and all WP Template Tags will be available to use on that page.

To pull a specific category, read this up. http://codex.wordpress.org/The_Loop#Advanced_Use

Ok so I see how to pull specific templates for different catagories but how do I pull those catagories just themselves say from the subdomain?

That looks great but is there any other way to do this more stabley? Going to be using this one a possible high traffic network and want something that is going to be solid.
