   Hi everybody,

   I want to use the Theme "Get Some!" by John Crenshaw. Unfortunately registration on the Author's Support Forum is closed. So I have to ask my question here:

   I try to use the Plugin "Subscribe to Comments" with the Theme. Unfortunately the checkbox for Subscription is not displayed, though it is listed in the HTML code.

   Any hints for me?

   Were you aware that the "Subscribe to Comments" plugin is only documented as being compatible with WP versions up to 2.3 whilst you're using 2.8?
