   Greetings Earthlings,

   I uploaded wordpress on my site and I'm getting a 500 internal server error.

   My server is using plesk 8.3.0 for Microsoft Windows.

   Thanks and I hope to hear from anybody soon

   1) check the name servers. It takes some time for propagation
   2) Check all the services are running

   or better yet switch to a linux server as they work way better for php apps

   Error 500 means there is some configuration problem on the server/site. If you have shared hosting plan I suggest you to contact your host. Also, make sure that PHP is working properly on the server. You can upload sample test script to check it.
