   I don't believe this is a contact form 7 issue, but I do believe the form is being affected by my issue. I have five image submit areas in my form and if nothing is submitted the form will not be mailed and you get this message at the bottom of the form "Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again." and under each image it says "Failed to upload file. Error occurred.".

   I have been having a ton of permission issues and thought I had them all cleared up and this might be the latest one. I am wondering if it is a permission issue if you know which folder or area I should focus on? If it is not could you let me know what you think it might be because I can remove the image submission buttons and I have no problems for now, but would love to keep this ability.

   It may be a contact form 7 issue. Try "Development Version" from here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/contact-form-7/download/

   Same problem here. Definitely a version issue. Didn't have this prior to the latest version.
   Downgraded to 2.0 until there's a fix available.
