Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/kamarudi/public_html/wp-includes/class.wp-dependencies.php on line 99
The above message appears when "Point your browser to /wp-admin/upgrade.php." as per installation guide
Upgrade the WordPress files again, this time doing it manually via FTP or some such thing. Make sure you upgrade ALL of the files, it appears that you might have missed some the last go-round.
