Custom registration page…

I just noticed my registration page is all messed up. The text is white so it’s hidden with the white background, the boxes are hard to see if you can see them at all.

I cannot figure out how or where to edit this at. Any advice, as it is right now if anyone did want to sign up they wouldn’t have any idea what they were filling out.
