Weird Bullets show up in Sidebar

    Just looked and the only bullet points I can see are the ones on the lists in the sidebar which appear normal to me?

    Actually, the bullets showed up when I did no put a “title” for a widget. When the widgets have titles, the errant bullets go away. I really did not want titles on certain widgets so I am stuck with all of them having titles.
