   I am just wondering if this plugin will work with the new version. I want to reorder my categories and was looking for an easy way to do it. Thanks.

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/my-category-order says it works in 2.8.3 so would guess it would also work with 2.8.4

   Actually, it is not working for me in 2.8.4.

   "My Category Order" does work with 2.8.4.

   droodman, have you visited the ordering page so the file patching can be done?

   There is a similar "Category Order" plugin by another author, I do not know if it works with 2.8 and above.

   Doesn't work for me neither on 2.8.4.
   I've upgraded from 2.8 to 2.8.4 and it doesn't work now..... :(

   Did you visit the page where you do the ordering. It needs to repatch a file.

   Sure I did, and I patched it. It worked for me in version 2.8 but not in
   2.8.4

   But I found this plugin - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/order-categories/

   Working for me great on 2.8.4 as well.
