   I have a policy of never buying something unless I can try it out to see if it fits my needs first.

   Is there a way to get a trial of slideshowpro.swf so I can see if slidepress will work for the project I'm working on?

   FYI this question could have been answered weeks ago if you would have simply gone to the SlideShowPro website where they clearly have a "free trial" link.

   That doesn't work, there is only the version 1.9.6 available while 1.9.7 is needed.
   "You are using SlideShowPro 1.9.6 (AS3) TRIAL. SlidePress 1.19.2 works best with SlideShowPro 1.9.7 (AS3)."
