how to show Japanese post name in permalinks URL?

    I am using Japanese in my blog and for SEO reason I want to change my defoult permalink URL from:
    http://www.mydomain.com/?p=95
    to one of the custom permalink on wordpress.
    the problem is how to show 2 byte Japanese character’s post name in the url?
    is there any plugin or soloution for this ?
