   I understand why a plugin would have a default setting when first installed but the fact that the author resets the Amazon associate ID to his own account EVERY TIME it is updated is enormously frustrating and underhanded. I can't see why it can't be programmed to remember the ID over updates anyway.

   I have many plugins on my site and I don't notice the difference for a few days. I think the author should be ashamed at this sneaky way of gaining a few extra bucks. The author ID should be left blank or a generic warning message "SET AMAZON ID NOW" instead.

   Do NOT use this plugin.

   I want to report that this plugin switched amazon associate IDs without being updated.
