How to Totally uninstall a pluing? I can’t do it…

    My WP-Stats plugin is not working. It just shows zero hits every day, which I know it not true.

    I want to totally uninstall it and start again, how do I do this?

    I tried deavtivating and then deleting the folder and starting again, but it did not ask me to do the settings again like it should have

    Any advice for me?

    You can’t totally uninstall most plugins. And anyway, starting over won’t fix the problem you’re having, since you’ll just be doing the same thing again.

    You have to figure out what the problem is, then fix that.

    In your case, I’d guess that the most likely causes are either a) Nobody is visiting your site or b) Your theme doesn’t have a call to wp_footer(); in the footer.php file, which is where the stats plugin tries to add the tracking code.

    Hmm, thing is, it was working fine until I moved server. The theme did not change.
