   I am trying to figure out how to install Wordpress without using MySQL. I'm sure it's written somewhere, but haven't had any luck so far. If some one can help me with this, I'd be very appreciative...

   Impossible!!!

   No MySQL no wordpress. Sorry its a requirement.

   You can't install WP without a DB of some kind, and WP is built to use MySQL.

   You might try PDO (SQLite) For Wordpress.
