   Running Wordpress 2.8.4 with Advanced Trouble Ticket System. Can be viewed at my Postfix Server Mail Blog.

   I found the plugin to be flawless but decided to post one minor detail i noticed on the authors comments page here. Responded in 10 minutes with a new version available for download!!!!

   I'm shocked at this level of support! Of course the new version installed just as easily and fixed the problem.

   Well, I'm off to use my new trouble ticket system! Thanks a Million!

   Hi there i want to use this system into my site as well..could you be kind enough to tell me how you actually installed it a brief description really..i am willing to pay if it takes a bit of time for you to gather up a tutorial really.
